   We're seeing a healthy recovery of our repair service for Zenless Zone Zero, so we're going to declare that the matter is resolved.

   Thank you for your patience regarding this matter.

   We have just deployed an update to both Stable (1.82.25) & Preview (1.83.3) branches for our users.

   We are currently monitoring the situation and will update this message with the resolution once deployment is complete.

   We have completed the fix implementation and currently validating the fix.

   A launcher update will follow shortly. We thank you for your patience and continued support.

   We have identified the patching issue. It came for the fact that some of the reference from their CDN is missing, causing the update to be copied, not patched, thus the file got corrupted.

   The fix is underway, we will update again on this issue once we pushed an update.

5. June 5th 2025, 10:46:30 PM

   We've identified an issue in patching function of Collapse, where the patch process does not complete successfully, resulting in users getting a black screen when launching the game.

   Implementing this fix will require a launcher update, and as such, will take some time. In the meantime, we encourage our users to follow the process below to fix their game:

   1. Go to your Zenless Zone Zero install folder
   2. Move or delete the ZenlessZoneZero.exe file
   3. Restart Collapse
   4. Press install then locate to the folder of which your game currently resizes
   5. Wait for the installation process to finish.

   Users also have the option to patch their game through HoYoPlay, though it should be noted that HoYoPlay may redownload the entire game as part of their game repair mechanism.
